Before working on a site map, design or making a down-payment on your website, you should have clearly defined business objectives and know your ‘sweetspot’ and ‘resource pit’. With this information, it becomes obvious what your website should focus on.

This session will work through real-world exercises and you will leave with the tools needed to evaluate how your site helps meet your business objectives. We will also do quick reviews of some of the attendees websites.
